ATTEMPTED CONTACT Pilot or Pilot's Home Delivery Agent has called the recipient to schedule a delivery appointment but was unable to reach them. AWAITING CONSIGNEE CONTACT Contact with the recipient has been attempted. Pilot is waiting for the recipient's reply. BOOKED WITH CARRIER Shipment has been booked with an airline, trucking or ocean carrier. BROKER NOTIFIED The broker (either assigned by recipient/importer or by our destination partner) has been contacted about the arrival of a shipment. The broker is hired to clear the shipment through local customs. CANCELLED Shipment has been cancelled/terminated. CONFIRMED ON BOARD Shipment has been confirmed on board with the airline, trucking or ocean carrier. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PROCESS INITIATED The assigned broker has made the actual entry at customs and we are waiting for approval and release. DELIVERED Shipment has been delivered and signed for. DELIVERY SCHEDULED A delivery has been scheduled. DOCUMENTS RECOVERED The destination agent has recovered the shipping documents. The freight has not cleared customs. DRIVER DISPATCHED FOR PICKUP A driver has been notified that a pick-up has been requested. HOME DELIVERY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED Pilot or Pilot's Home Delivery Agent has scheduled a delivery appointment with the recipient. HOME DELIVERY CONSIGNEE CONTACTED The recipient has been contacted for delivery arrangements. INITIAL BOOKING Shipment has been booked with the air or ocean carrier. INLAND TO GATEWAY Shipment is moving through the continental US to a Pilot Gateway for export to a foreign country. OUT FOR DELIVERY Shipment is en route to the recipient’s location. PICKED UP Shipment has been picked up from shipper’s location. PILOT DESTINATION ALERTED The Pilot station located near the destination airport has been alerted to expect the arrival of the shipment. RECOVERED AT DESTINATION Shipment has been recovered at the destination airport by Pilot or a Pilot agent. RELEASED FROM CUSTOMS Local customs has released the shipment. The shipment is now allowed to be recovered from the airline and delivered to the recipient. SHIPMENT DETAILS TENDERED TO PILOT Shipment details are in Pilot's computer system, but the shipment has not been picked up. SHIPMENT TENDERED TO DELIVERY AGENT Shipment has been handed over to Pilot’s delivery agent who will deliver the shipment to the recipient. TENDERED TO CARRIER Shipment has been handed over to the airline, trucking or ocean carrier. UPDATED BOOKING The initial booking has been updated.
